Ab Circle Pro - Today's Workout

These laste few days, I have just been.. well, LAZY! I have not even used my Ab Circle Pro, and that says a lot! Well, starting today I'm going to get back into the swing(haha, get it?) of making sure I, AT A MINIMUM, use my ab circle pro.

I do have a small excuse though.. I've been sick for the past 3-4 days. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it has just made me feel like bleh. After I get back from work this afternoon I will do a litlte weight training followed by 15minutes of an ab circle workout. How often do you guys/girls get sick? I used to get sick ALL THE TIME before I made a point to atleast try to workout everyday. If you have problems with getting sick often, I encourage you to start working out! Nothing major, even 10min a day would help you.
